Transfer reservation must be sent to us at least 1 hour in advance.
After the transfer reservation is accepted, it can be canceled at the latest 2 hours before.
If your guest will be picked up from the airport, the guest waiting time is 2 hours. After 2 hours, “no show” is accepted. There is no refund for the “no show” transfer. A fee is charged from the customer or the hotel.
Your guest can make the payment in cash in the vehicle.
